Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Supply Chain Manager to lead and oversee our Supply Chain Team. The role encompasses managing the entire supply chain process, from sourcing materials to delivering products to customers, ensuring all supporting relationships and requirements are met for the success of our business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily activities of the buyer planning staff, which includes procurement & planning specialists, consultants, and administrative assistants.
- Create and execute a supply chain strategy aimed at maximizing customer satisfaction while minimizing costs throughout the product lifecycle.
- Organize and manage logistics information for production and distribution processes, including building plans, S&OP planning/reporting, and forecasting.
- Collaborate with plant, warehouse, and logistics departments to ensure smooth supply chain flow from suppliers to customers, warehouses, and plants.
- Provide leadership updates and take part in quarterly and year-end inventory audits.
- Maintain data integrity across all databases, including XLS, ERP, and MES systems.
- Offer input and analysis to support departmental strategy and plans.

- Perform a comprehensive range of professional-level tasks, addressing more complex issues that require interpretation and problem-solving.
- Identify problems, suggest possible solutions, and take appropriate action to resolve them.

- Regularly review work output with supervisors and internal "customers" to ensure standards are met.
Span of Control/Complexity:
- As a highly competent and productive professional, manage larger and moderately complex projects/assignments that have a direct impact on department results.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Merchandise Planning, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and V-Lookups, with experience handling large data sets and complex spreadsheets.
- Excellent project management skills, capable of meeting deadlines and leading multiple initiatives successfully.
- Knowledge of lean management and continuous improvement practices, principles, and methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities and achieve goals.
- Flexible and enthusiastic approach to work assignments and new opportunities.
